System administrator in Nemiroff

Nemiroff is looking for a service support specialist / system administrator (L1) for its IT team in Nemiriv, Vinnytsia region.

Your tasks

• Support users: help with basic technical issues, teach the basics of using modern IT solutions.
• Monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot IT equipment.
• Cooperate with the entire IT team and other departments to implement new technologies in the company.

Our ideal candidate

• Has a technical education or is studying in the field of IT.
• Has work experience/internship as a L1 system administrator (or related role) from 6 months.
• Has knowledge of Windows OS (MacOS and Linux will be an additional advantage of the candidate).
• Understands how to use Microsoft365 programs (Outlook, Teams, Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
