System administrator in Creative States

Your tasks:

• Able to create user-friendly F.A.Q.;
• Provide technical support for users (solving problems and advising employees on the operation of standard software, services;

Your qualifications:

• Relevant work experience of at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of the main desktop OS at the administrator level (Windows, MacOS);
• Understanding the operation of the hardware part computer;
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical software, equipment and peripheral devices;
• Know the basic principles of network structure (DHCP, DNS, VPN, routing);
• Ability to learn, quickly master new technical solutions and systems;
• Communication, interaction with users and colleagues;
• Proficiency in English Intermideate.
