• Best Way Foods is an official importer and distributor of ingredients from leading companies for the production of chocolate from 2017;

• Spell is a Ukrainian brand of Belgian chocolate, a manufacturer of original sweets with a history of over 5 years.

We are actively growing, developing new directions and implementing ambitious projects. In this regard, we are expanding the team and are looking for aSystem Administrator.

What will you do?

• Manage incidents and problems, control the level of service and monitor information systems;

• Provide support to users (Help Desk);

IT equipment;

• Communicate with service providers (internet, communications, data centers, hosting providers, etc.);

• Participate in the development and implementation of the IT infrastructure sustainability strategy.

For you, if you:

• have experience of 2 years;

• You have experience working with the Service Desk system, as well as inthe administration of VMwar virtual serverse, MikroTik network equipment, MS-SQL databases;

• You know how to interact with cloud hosting providers;

• You know how to work with TCP/IP protocols;

localize problems with LOM and WLAN, diagnose IT equipment malfunctions.
