Main duties:

• Maintenance of stable operation of computer systems, servers, network equipment and electronic devices.
• Installation, configuration and updating of software and hardware.
• Diagnosis and elimination of technical malfunctions of PCs, printers and other equipment.
• Support of users of the office and production units (helpdesk, technical assistance).
• Organization of work with Internet providers, control of connections and network access.
• Security monitoring, data backup, maintenance of technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Technical education (information technology, computer engineering or related specialty).
• Work experience from 1 year in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, office software package (MS Office, Google Workspace), PC hardware.
• Understanding the principles of building computer networks and basic protocols (TCP/IP).
• Basic knowledge of information security and backup.
• The user level is a confident professional, with knowledge of specialized programs.
