You should come to us if you:

• have a higher professional education (bachelor or master),

• know how to administer Windows Server 2012-2022 and ESET Protect,
• have experience with network equipment (switches, routers (Cisco), access points - Ubiquiti),
• understand virtualization - Hyper-V / VMware/ backup and recovery
• not necessary, but experience with Microsoft 365 (settings, policies, backups) and experience with Power Automate (cloud flows) is welcome. employees,
• managing user accesses, passwords, groups and roles,
• configuring and controlling endpoint security settings,
• participating in the implementation of threat protection measures in the Microsoft 365 environment,
• providing technical support to users regarding Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint),
• prompt response to incidents and complaints users,
• interaction with users to explain the causes of problems and ways to solve them,
• assist users in working with the CRM system,
• interaction with the Marketing\Event team when organizing events.
