Functional duties:

• Technical support of user applications (Medoc, reporting programs): installation, migration, updating, working with databases, backup settings;
• Basic administration of a Windows-based server environment Server;
• Support and configuration of the company's network equipment (in particular Mikrotik);
• Prompt response to technical requests and elimination of incidents;
• Participation in the implementation of new solutions in accordance with business needs.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position - from 3 years;
• Knowledge of the basics of server system administration (Windows Server);
• Understanding the principles of operation and configuration of network equipment (Mikrotik);
• Analytical thinking, attentiveness, responsibility;
• Basic knowledge of the English language (level A1-A2);
• Availability of professional certificates will be an advantage.
