System administrator in YuNIK TREYD

UNIK TRADE — a national distributor of auto parts and motor oils in Ukraine, invites you to consider the position of system administrator.

Our wishes for candidates:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Be able to install and configure various operating systems, software, diagnose and troubleshoot various programs.
• Understand the principles of network equipment and network protocols.
• Able to work with domain and postal services.
• Able to diagnose and possibly repair computer equipment, office equipment, restore information.
• Experience in laying SCS, crimping patch cords;
• Desirable experience in working with commercial equipment, Zebra, Honeywell scanners.

Your tasks:

• Accept and process requests from users in the service desk system;
• Technical support of users remotely or on-site;
• Installation and configuration of operating systems of the Windows family and applications;
• Setting up work mail/transferring it;
• Diagnosis of hardware and software problems and their elimination;
• Support and setup of peripheral equipment printers, MFPs, scanners.
