Ourideal candidate has:

• work experience of at least 2 years in the field of system administration in a corporate environment;
• deep knowledge of Windows OS and experience working with thin clients;
• experience in installation, configuration and support of VoIP telephony;
• knowledge and experience of working with MikroTik equipment or similar network devices;
• understanding of the basic principles of network security and experience in applying relevant methods and technologies;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms;
• experience working in a team and independent troubleshooting;
• desire for professional growth and learning.

Youradvantage will:

• availability of profile certificates (for example, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA));
• knowledge (firm understanding) of the main network protocols (VPN, SSL/TLS, OSPF, DNS options);
• experience working with network monitoring and management systems (eg Nagios, Zabbix);
• knowledge of the principles of DevOps methodology and experience with process automation.

What you need to do:

• ensure reliable operation and support of thin clients (RDP/RDS) on Windows OS in an office environment;
• manage and support internal VoIP telephony (client applications only), including installation, configuration and maintenance;
• ensure internal network security, including configuration and maintenance of MikroTik equipment;
• provide technical support to customers on network infrastructure, VoIP telephony and thin clients.
