 What tasks will our colleague face?

• Technical support for users in the office and at remote locations;
• Configuration, diagnosis and troubleshooting of IT equipment;
• Administration of network equipment and servers according to the distributed areas of responsibility;
• Participation in the implementation of new IT solutions and systems;
• Creating technical documentation, fixing changes in the infrastructure.

For this position, it will be valuable:

• Practical experience in configuring L2/L3 switches (HPE, Cisco);
• Experience with Fortigate network equipment;
• Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server Core Services:
• DNS, DHCP, VPN, Cluster Services, IIS, File Services, Terminal Services, WSUS;
• Understanding the OSI model, network technologies and protocols (DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing);
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Intune;
• Experience in the administration of Windows AD, Azure AD, GPO, Terminal Services;
• Working with UNIX/Linux systems;
• Knowledge and experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle;
• Experience with VMware virtualization (vSphere, HA, vMotion, vSAN);
• Responsibility, organization, accuracy; 
• Willingness to develop and learn new things.

 It will be useful:

• experience with MS SharePoint, Jira Software, Intune;
• practice in working with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.);
• experience in setting up Wi-Fi with seamless roaming (for example, Aruba);
• knowledge of backup systems (Veeam & Veeam replication);
• work with monitoring systems (Zabbix).
