-"Revive" technique: from the PC/MacOS) to prepare new TSDs and renewal.  

-We will buy equipment and make licenses never end in time.  

-We will solve technical" crashes "-from a broken printer to network failures.  

-we will work with vendors to work as a Swiss watch.  

-We will control cybersecurity (antiviruses, firewalls-this is our daily).  

-we will document all processes so that even new ones on the team can quickly join work.
