• Understanding the OSI model, the principles of operation of basic network technologies and network infrastructure protocols.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience in assembling and upgrading computers of computer equipment.
• Experience in servicing office equipment.
• Developed communication skills.
• Skills for prompt search and troubleshooting computer equipment and office equipment.
• Proficiency in business Ukrainian and technical English (reading documentation).

Task:

• Processing of employee applications through the HelpDesk system.
• Execution of work on the administration of corporate mail users in MS 365.
• Participation in the process of administration of the Center's information systems.
