System administrator in Grupa kompaniy Fokstrot, TOV

Our partner Foxteam Digital is looking for a System Administrator.

Technical stack needed to implement tasks:

• knowledge of the hardware part of personal computers, operating systems of the MS Windows family, accompanying software;
• diagnosis and troubleshooting in equipment, software;
• knowledge of the working principles of client-server applications in the Microsoft domain environment;
• have basic knowledge networks and the TCP/IP protocol;
• understanding of SCS methods and connections;

Responsibilities:

• ensuring uninterrupted operation of the Warehouse and IT equipment;
• installation, configuration and support of operating systems and software on user workstations;
• configuration of peripheral devices, data collection terminals;
• monitoring and maintenance of work stations and peripheral equipment;
• work in the system Service Desk;
• helping users: setting up accounts, setting up access, helping/consulting users on their requests;
• administering the LCD system;
