• Installation, configuration of VoIP/GSM gateways, IP phones;
• Monitoring and ensuring the operation of systems communication;
• Elimination and analysis of incidents related to communication system equipment malfunctions; Development and implementation of instructions, standards, technical conditions for the operation of communication means.
• Keeping records of expenses for communication services.

Requirements:

Industry Knowledge:

Cisco CUCM, VMWare virtualization systems.
