CRM, ERP systems
Your tasks:- Register new users, create logins/passwords in CRM, ERP systems;
- Set up the company's organizational structure in GoogleWorkspace and manage access rights in CRM, ERP systems;
- Form the technical task (TOR) for setting up the sales funnel in CRM systems;
- Work on smart processes (SP);
- Teach employees to work in CRM, ERP systems;
- Carry out tasks in CRM, ERP systems;
- Work with file storage.
Higher technical education;
Work experience in a similar position of 6 months or more;
Know andbe able to configure CRM, ERP systems;
Know and be able to use the MS Office package (or analogues: Google Sheets, Google Docs);
Ability to work with all office equipment and configure it (routers, laptops, tablets, desktop computers, printers)
Knowledge of Win and IOS operating systems;
Orientation in equipment (what is better, what is better, where to buy equipment is more profitable and repairs as well);
Be able to set priorities for prompt closing of applications/tasks;
Be able to record videos from the monitor screen, if necessary, edit them (for recording video instructions for innovations in CRM/ERP systems).
