Requirements:

• Skills in working with databases, in particular MySQL.
• Experience with Telegram and knowledge of basic libraries for writing programs ( Telethon, etc.).
• Understanding the principles of asynchronous programming.
• Experience in configuring and supporting remote servers.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies.
• Knowledge of popular operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), working with the command line, understanding of processes, memory and file systems.
• Experience in using an IDE for programming.
