We are building a community that does not just practice customer orientation, but must set certain standards in everything: from communication with the client and in a team - to provide high-quality services. We are looking for a System Administrator to expand our current team.
We expect you to: Intermediate and above
Your responsibilities will be:
- configuration of corporate equipment (Windows/Linux/MacOS OS installation and update, software installation and licensing)
- help with minor requests (Configuring printers, program not working/opening, PC not turning on, etc.)
- adding/disabling devices from the control system (ZoHo MDM/UEM)
- li>
- troubleshooting of Windows/MacOS/Linux (Possibility to quickly solve the problem locally or remotely - TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- basic support and monitoring of the existing network infrastructure
It will be a plus for us if:
- you have a technical education
- you have experience working with Cloud, On-Premise servers
- you know Python/Bash Scripting, Cron, Crontab
