System administrator in DEKA

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Receive and process requests from users in the Service Desk system.< /li>
• Technical support for users remotely and in the office.
• Consulting users on technical issues.
• Regularly informing users about the status of solving their applications.
• Writing instructions for users.
• Assembly of computers, modular replacement of hardware parts.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of network construction and operation of switches/routers.
• Experience in Windows administration Server.
• Connection, configuration and installation of drivers for peripheral equipment.
• Practical experience with video surveillance systems (will be an advantage).
• Basic training of users in working with software provision.
• Interaction with counterparties.

Technology stack:

Windows: solid knowledge and experience in working with GPO , AD, DNS, PowerShell, SMB, RDS support, working with services and registry. 

Software: MS Office, SmartPSS, confident skills in installing, updating and supporting software for office and financial direction.

Networking: confident knowledge of the OSI model (at which level, which protocol), DHCP steps, DNS resolving and record types, VPN (l2tp, wireguard), practical experience with MikroTik (will be an advantage), understanding of WiFi operation (WDS, WPA, frequencies), routing at the basic level
