Main duties:

• Setting up business logic and forms in Ivanti Neurons ITSM, Jira systems
• Communication with customers, analysts, integrators, associates to clarify detailed requirements and implement them in the system
• Setting up integrations
• Creating reports and dashboards

Basic requirements:

• Experience with MSSQL, MSSQL Report builder
• Experience with WebServices, IIS, REST, Graph, API, Postman
• Practical experience setting up integrations between systems
• Experience in administration of Jira, Ivanti or similar
• Skills in working with REST, Graph, API, Postman, JavaScript
• Skills working with MSSQL, MSSQL Report builder
• Understanding ITIL/ITSM
• WinSrv, Jira, Ivanti administration skills
