Requirements:

• From 2 years of commercial experience in the position
• Knowledge of ITIL is desirable
• Experience in Windows-based workstation administration
• High communication skills and general technical knowledge

• Experience with Microsoft365

Responsibilities:

• configuration and support of Windows workstations;
• technical support and consultation of employees;
• diagnosis of hardware and software problems, their elimination;

• creating/deleting user accounts;
• maintaining network infrastructure;
• documenting your work, filling the knowledge base;
• keeping records of IT assets ;

• MS Office Package
