System administrator in Stonebridge

Necessary knowledge and experience:

• Knowledge of computer hardware (diagnosis, troubleshooting ).
• Basic knowledge of the basics of TCP/IP protocols, addressing and routing, firewall, nat.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS settings.
• Experience of working with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Chrome...).
• Experience in working with peripheral equipment (setting up network printers and BFPs, initial diagnosis of problems).

Your main responsibilities:

• Technical support for users, providing advice on the use of IT systems and equipment.
• Service of workstations.
• Service of office equipment.
• Cartridge filling control.
• Computer equipment accounting.
