Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS ;
• Ability to work with servers, networks, databases;
• Skills in data recovery and backup;
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of IT.

Responsibilities:

1. Installing operating systems, updates and programs, their debugging
2. Processing requests from users in the service desk system, corporate mail and telephone mode
3. Creating, maintaining and updating corporate user accounts
4. Interacting with users, providing technical support, including at remote facilities
5. Monitoring of the performance of computer equipment, timely detection of problems and their elimination
6. Diagnostics and troubleshooting in work with computer and office equipment< /li>
7. Preparation, issuance, control and accounting of computer equipment, management of employee accounts, assistance with relocation of workplaces
8. Technical maintenance, updating, search and purchase of components
9. li>Recovery of information and data carriers
10. Counseling of employees on the use of PCs, equipment and software
11. Repair of computer equipment, cooperation with service centers, specialists, sending/receiving equipment

12. Maintenance of agricultural machinery
