Your main tasks will be:

• Technical support for enterprise users: configuration and installation of employee workstations; solving problems with equipment and software at workstations; elimination of minor breakdowns and malfunctions; updating software on workstations.
• Solving problems with hardware and programs of video conferences, video surveillance systems.
• Consulting company employees on working with enterprise software.
• Technical support of the network infrastructure of the enterprise.
• Processing requests for equipment and access to enterprise resources.
• Preparation of registers and conclusions regarding the repair, modernization, disposal and purchase of computer equipment and software.

• Preparation of documentation for tenders and procurement of computer equipment, orthotechnics and their components.

Necessary professional experience:

• Full higher education.
• Knowledge of installation and configuration of MS Office and Windows 10/11, antivirus software, VPN, information security, ability to work with various non-standard software .
• Knowledge of the architecture of personal and portable computers.
• Experience in laying out, setting up a computer network and connecting equipment, including diagnosis of typical problems.
• Setting up video surveillance systems, IR-telephony.
• Basic knowledge of the principles of working with office equipment.
• Knowledge of document management at the enterprise (acts, invoices, registers).
• Clearness and speed of solving users' problems and needs.
