System administrator in Medical Teams International

Non-governmental humanitarian organization Medical Teams International has been working since 1979. Since 2022, Medical Teams International Ukraine has provided psychological assistance and supplies necessary goods to people affected by the conflict. Our teams in Ukraine consist of dozens of medical professionals, logistics and administrative personnel united by our fundamental principles. Our actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality. We are a non-profit organization.

Medical Teams International adheres to strict principles of protection of children and vulnerable adults , as well as a policy of zero tolerance for misconduct related to sexual harassment, exploitation and violence in the workplace and other places where the organization operates. Along with technical competence, recruitment and selection, hiring decisions will pay due attention to evaluating candidates' suitability through thorough background checks, absence of criminal convictions, and professional reference checks.

The organization announces a competition for the position of information technology specialist with part-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing ongoing technology support to all staff, including training and mentoring staff to help resolve IT issues.
• Proper use of IT materials and assets, asset inventory.
• Support deployment, monitoring, maintenance of all user systems, including computers, operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals.
• Network security.< /li>

Requirements:

• Knowledge of network technologies, ERP and HMIS systems, desktop operating systems, server management and VoIP
• Knowledge of wireless technologies
• Knowledge of information security policies and procedures
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to explain technical processes in everyday terms
• Experience in system administration, information security and end user training

Working conditions:

The organization offers employment at a rate of 0.5 (12,000). This means that the specialist must come to the office 1-2 times a week at the agreed time and answer calls throughout the working week.
