System administrator

Functional duties:

• Accept and process requests from users.
• Perform technical support for users remotely and in the office.
• Advise users.
• Regularly inform users about the progress of resolving their applications.
• Carry out primary diagnostics and eliminate malfunctions in the operation of computer equipment.
• Server support.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical education (information technologies).
• Experience in a similar position (system administrator, service desk, help desk, 1 support line) — from 3 years.
• Administration and maintenance of OS Windows servers.
• Knowledge and experience with MS SQL, Oracle DBMS is desirable.
• Experience in user support.
• Knowledge and experience with Hyper-v, VMWare will be an added advantage.
