System administrator in ENCORE Digital

ENCORE Digital is a Ukrainian IT company that is part of a group of companies with Ukrainian roots. We are currently looking for a System Administrator who is willing to develop.

What will be the tasks?

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software;
• Provide technical support for the office network;
• Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems;
• Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries;
• Updating systems and processes as necessary to enhance functionality and resolve security issues;
• Computer hardware installation and testing;
• Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screens, permission schemes and notifications, use JQL data for reporting and custom search, configure dashboards;
• Web server configuration and support.

It is important for us if you:

• Have deep knowledge of operating system administration: Linux, MacOS, Windows;
• Have knowledge of computer architecture;
• Have clear and in-depth knowledge of computer networks (VPN, WiFi, LAN, access points, switches, routers, Fortinet/Aruba manufacturers) ;
• Have knowledge of network principles and protocols;
• Have experience in configuration and administration of Active Directory;< /li>
• Have command line experience (Bash; PowerShell);
• Have knowledge of security principles and best practices ( OWASP TOP 10);
• Have experience in JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk administration;
• Worked with by the MS365 stack (SharePoint, PowerApps, MS Administration).

Would be preferred:

• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix);
• Experience with cloud solutions and their settings;
• Experience with Fortigate, Aruba network equipment;
• Knowledge of information security standards such as such as ISO 27001, SSAE 16 SAS 70 and system level security procedures.
