This position requires the following skills and experience:

• Confident experience of working with the operating system of the Windows family (Desktop, Server).
• Experience of working with client-server infrastructure Windows.
• Knowledge of basic network technologies and principles (TCP/IP stack).
• Knowledge of general principles of AD, RDS, Exchange, DFS, SQL, IIS, SCCM, SCOM, 1C , Jira.
• Understanding of basic ITIL processes (incident, service request, problem management).
• English - written (communication with English-speaking users).

• Classification and prioritization of requests coming to the Service Desk.
• Resolving end-user requests coming to the Service Desk.
• Incident analysis and service requests within the framework of services provided by the company.
• Installation, configuration of workstations.
• Purchase and accounting of IT equipment.
