One of the companies that is part of the Roshen Corporation Group of Companies announces a competition for the vacant position of "Computer Systems Engineer"

Main responsibilities:

• Processing first and second line technical support requests
• Working with users of the company's IT infrastructure, solving emerging problems and training users
• Computer and peripheral equipment maintenance
• Backup management
• Technical and software inventory maintenance
• Technical documentation maintenance
• Working with IT service providers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education (computer computer technologies, computer engineering, security of information systems), work experience of 5 years or more
• Experience in the support and administration of file storage: SMB, FTP
• Knowledge of the basics of network management equipment; knowledge of the OSI network protocol stack; knowledge of information security basics
• Microsoft 365 administration experience; experience in IP telephony administration
• Experience in designing and administering access control and video surveillance systems
• Understanding the service-process model of IT management (ITIL, ITSM)
• Availability of Microsoft certificates , Cisco will be an advantage.
