The CSD LAB medical laboratory is inviting a System Administrator to the team

We expect from our candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position
< li>Microsoft Office 365 experience
• Experience with Mikrotik network equipment, enterprise domain structure (AD, DNS, DHCP), Jira service desk
• Experience with MFPs and label printers ( Zebra)
• Ability to configure a PC (including for network operation), to restore its performance
• Skills in administration / configuration of Windows operating systems
• Experience and knowledge maintenance of computer equipment and office equipment
• Willingness to perform technical support outside of working hours (both remotely and physically)

Functional duties:

• Providing support, consulting company employees and partners on issues related to computers and software
• Office 365 both locally and remotely;
• Software installation
• Provision of operational assistance to employees in troubleshooting, identification, localization and elimination of errors modular repair of equipment
• Experience in laying SCS, installation of equipment, crimping of patch cords
• Experience in the setup / configuration of video surveillance systems will be an advantage
• Timely processing of ServiceDesk requests and prioritization of problems
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of user workstations
• Technical support of company employees (OS: Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
• Responsibility, efficiency in work, stress resistance, efficiency, sociability
• Respect and tolerance in relation to users
