• Support of the existing fleet of equipment (170 laptops, 80 PCs)
• Purchase of equipment, conducting tenders
• Ensuring uninterrupted PC operation and troubleshooting
• Assisting full-time and remote employees with PCs , office equipment, e-mail, VPN, etc.
• Ensuring the normal operation of the OS and work programs (Windows, Linux, macOS, MS Office, etc.)
• Installing and configuring software/OS
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of ACS systems and video surveillance
• Administration of accesses (AD, mail, ACS, Atlassian products)
• Administration and support of servers in European DCs
• Execution of DevOps tasks
• User support via help desk
• Other management tasks
   

Requirements for the candidate:
 

• Experience in technical support of the first level - from 5 years
• From 5 years of experience in operation/configuration/maintenance of OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
• Experience with AD, DHCP, DNS - from 5 years
• Experience in network administration - from 5 years
• Experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti equipment
• Experience with virtualization systems - from 5 years
