In Kharkiv, the Ukrainian Educational Platform, with the support of UNICEF, is implementing a project of professional psychological support for residents of the region. One stage of this project is a hotline for residents of the Kharkiv region, where they will be able to receive the necessary information services, as well as practical help in crisis situations.

If you:

• have experience working with technical support or analytics;
• have excellent communication skills;
• have knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;< /li>
• you have analytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions,

Your job duties will be:

• consult operators on technical aspects of their work;
• collect and visualize hotline analytics;
• make adjustments to the CRM system;
• li> identify and timely inform about detected errors in the work of the CRM system and telephony;
• visualize statistics with the help of Power BI;
• communicate with operators, representatives of communities and international organizations.
