Come to us if you have:
- Working experience as a system administrator from one year;
< li>Knowledge of basic routing settings (mostly Mikrotik hardware) knowledge of Mikrotik hardware at a high level.
- Deep knowledge of Windows 10 OS, Linux systems (to a lesser extent).
- Ability to find a common language with users, explain in simple words what and how to do to solve their problem.
- Ability to effectively perform their duties both offline and in remote work mode.
Preferably:
- Knowledge of Mikrotik equipment at a high level;
- Basic understanding of Microsoft AD and other popular MS services.
What you will do:
- Set up Mikrotik laptops, phones, peripherals, routers;
- Technical support for employees remotely (IR telephony tools and remote access software) or in the office;
- Finding malfunctions of equipment, programs, and identifying their causes;
- Working in the HelpDesk application processing system.
