TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. expansion of cash programs in 2022 and 2025, the TCHU created a data management system to support the provision of cash assistance at the national level. TCHU is looking for a System Administrator with strong technical knowledge and experience implementing and supporting payment systems to oversee the implementation of this new solution.
Under the direction of the Head of IT and in relationship with the Digital Transformation department, we expect the System Administrator to become key support for the implementation and maintenance of cash and voucher payment systems, to define and apply the necessary steps, including the implementation, updating and maintenance rules of the systems, as well as coordination with the software development team and the various involved units of the TCHU.
Responsibilities:
- Administration, selection and installation of office and network equipment, including network laying, configuration of routers, printers and other equipment.
- Diagnostics of service and device performance: printers, Ubiquiti Unifi access points, SIP telephony, employee PCs.
- Working with AD, GPO, Terminal Service, RemoteApp, DNS, DHCP.
- Administration of servers managed by Windows Server, Microsoft Azure.
- Technical support of employees and assistance in solving problems with computers and software and more.
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the existing IT infrastructure.
- Remote installation and troubleshooting of software on users' PCs.
- Providing and managing user access rights to IT services.
- Analysis, support and development of the local network, ensuring its security.
- Maintenance of the video surveillance system (installation and configuration).
- Installing, configuring and updating software.
- Administration of backup systems.
- Execution of various IT tasks.
- Virtualizationbased on MS Hyper-V, Proxmox, VMware technologies.
- Creation of mailboxes and distribution groups on the MS Exchange server.
- Working with user and computer accounts in the Active Directory directory service.
