System administrator in Ukrposhta

"Ukrposhta" is a national postal operator, a reliable and responsible employer. 

We are currently looking for Ssystem administrator (local user support)

Main duties:

• Accepting applications in the service software
• Accepting applications by phone
• Connecting workplaces to the local networks
• Operational support of system, application software and enterprise equipment
• Maintenance, debugging of printers, thermal printers, system units, scanners and other equipment
• Installing the OS and application programs on the PC, setting up peripheral devices, connecting the PC to the local network, installing drivers, setting up the user on a specific ARM< /li>
• Maintenance of servers and communication equipment (operational support of equipment, restarting servers and active network equipment, solving local network problems)
• Communicating with users, solving technical problems related to software and hardware provision of users' PCs, office equipment

The successful candidate meets the following requirements: 

• Higher education
• Knowledge of network principles
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Experience with peripheral devices, the ability to configure, connect
• Experience in laying a SCS network
• Experience in user support - desirable
• Experience in support programs ( OTRS or other ticket systems) - desirable
• Willingness to work on a daily schedule (1/3)
• Communicability , the ability to learn quickly, fluency in the national language, friendliness
