Main requirements:

• Experience as a network administrator or in a similar position of 2 years or more.
• Ability for quick learning and flexibility.
• Punctuality, communication, responsibility.
• Ability to be involved in solving issues outside of working hours.
• Knowledge of methods of diagnostics and troubleshooting on systems Linux, macOS, Windows.
• Ability to receive and send equipment via Nova Poshta.

Responsibilities:

• Support and administration of computer equipment and software in the office or remotely.
• Configuration and support of corporate communication channels: G Suite, Slack, Jira, ClickUp.
• Installation and configuring operating systems and software on computers and other devices.
• Ensuring information system security, including anti-virus protection, software updates and other security tools.
• Installing new jobs .
• Diagnosis of hardware and software problems.
• Maintenance of network connection and configuration of switches and routers.
• Monitoring technical monitors for anomalies and reporting them to technical department (optional, as a possible direction of work in the future - Taras).
• Performance of copying data and creating backup copies.
• Selection and support of the purchase of office computing equipment.
• li>Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of equipment.
• Technical inventory.
