Responsibilities:

• Support and advise company employees on issues related to computer equipment and software;
• Connect, replace, test, repair and diagnose computers, laptops, external equipment, computer equipment and local network cable lines;
• ?Provide support for user workplaces, corporate network, video surveillance and access control systems;
• Maintain office equipment.

?Needed skills:

• A confident PC user;
• Knowledge of the OSI model and the principle of construction and operation of local networks;
• Understanding of the TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, DHCP, VPN technology;
• Installation, configuration of the Windows family.
• PC assembly, diagnostics, repair; );
• MS Active Directory;
• MS Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016.
• Experience of working with OS Windows XP/7/10/11
• Experience of working in 1s
• Experience of working with Medoc
• Experience of working with PRO and PRRO
• Experience of working with video surveillance and security system
• Experience with Android
