• We help people book hotels in any corner of Ukraine and the world , by phone and online

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for the operation of the telephone call center.
• Technical support and preparation of workplaces for managers: selection of a laptop and peripherals, installation and configuration of the Kubuntu OS, installation of additional software, configuration of the network, OpenVPN, softphones.
• Local network maintenance in the office: connection of new workplaces, WiFi configuration, detection and troubleshooting.

• Support for continuous operation of network equipment and VoIP gateways.
• Accounting and purchase of necessary equipment (laptops, mice, headsets, etc.).

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Experience with Windows and Linux (Kubuntu).
• Ability to install and configure Windows and Linux (Kubuntu).
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot both software and hardware.
• Laptop service skills (dusting, RAM/HDD replacement).
• Basic experience with VoIP and softphones (installation , account settings, sound).
• Skills in working with network equipment (installation, configuration, local networks, WiFi).
• Basic experience with uninterruptible power supplies.
• Basic Google Workspace administration skills.
