Your key tasks in the position:

• organizes: uninterrupted operation of equipment and servers, ensuring the functioning of the e-mail system and access to the Internet, support of existing local networks, provision of rights and control over access rights to local network resources, qualified information and technical assistance to users of information systems when working with hardware and software; /li>
• fulfills the orders of the management, which are related to the enterprise's activities, the rules and norms of labor protection, fire safety during the performance of his official duties;
• performs: administration of servers and ensuring their uninterrupted operation, maintenance and support of hardware and software, testing of software and hardware, installation and debugging of automated workplaces of employees, information and technical support of users in daily work and solving software and hardware problems, installation and maintenance of operating systems and other system software at employees' workplaces, technical support and maintenance of existing branch local networks, construction of new networks and new employee workplaces;
• studies the latest developments in the field of information technologies, related areas of work, modern software and hardware software, technical literature by profession;
• controls timely update of software and information services, performance of the corporate network and software and hardware installed by users;
• advises employees, users of the corporate network regarding the hardware and software used;< /li>
• participates in the development and implementation of new projects of the department, solving tasks that were set before the department;
• offers innovative solutions in the field of his tasks and duties;
• provides suggestions for improving his work, offers ways to simplify and improve processes in the field of his tasks and duties; makes suggestions for improving the work of the unit;
• performs tasks and duties in accordance with this job description, corporate standards (policies, regulations, regulations, etc.), orders and orders management piof the enterprise and the head of the division, standards and working procedures of the quality system;
• constantly improves his own qualifications, monitors and studies new effective technologies and improves in his professional field;
• when making external contacts, adheres to high ethical norms and principles of the enterprise, forms a positive image of the enterprise, its products and employees.
