We expect that you:

• Have a higher education and experience in IT infrastructure in a retail network from 2 years in a similar position;
• You have knowledge of the Windows OS line, Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange; protocols TCP/IP, Hyper-V;
• You understand the principles of routing, VPN;
• You have experience in building SCS, know how to work with relevant tools;
• Familiar with the principles of operation of network equipment, network resources, network commands in the OS, ports, subnet masks, Windows services; the principles of device interaction via networks, the Internet;
• Familiar with the basics of SQL (knowledge of scripting languages ​​is welcome);
• You have the skills to provide remote assistance (teamviewer, ammyy, rdp);
• Able to set up remote RDP access;
• Have 1C administration;
• Have experience in technical maintenance and block repair of PCs and office equipment; administration of virtualization systems, databases and backup systems; the organization of secure VPN networks;
• You have a desire to learn new technologies and products, make proposals for optimizing processes, developing internal IT infrastructure;
• Able to work in multitasking mode.

  Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation of existing IT services andinfrastructure (health monitoring, troubleshooting of networks, servers and services);
  • Installation and configuration of web server software, mail;
  • Administration of network equipment, workstations / servers based on Windows XP;
  • Installation and ensuring smooth operation of LCM and office equipment of regional and branch offices;
  • Technical support of users (>200), trips to remote offices if necessary;

  • Installation and adjustment of equipment at workplaces and in medical offices;
  • Performance of planned maintenance, analysis and testing of equipment, provision of block and node repair of equipment;
  • Purchase, shipment , reception of IT equipment;
  • Check for security threats or problems in the infrastructure, antivirus protection of the company;
  • Management of the data backup/recovery system;
  • Implementation of new services and development of internal IT infrastructure.
