Location — Kyiv!

Main tasks:

• Technical support and consultation of users;
• Installation and configuration of operating systems of the Windows family, installation and configuration of applications necessary for the work of users;
• Installation and configuration of peripheral devices, preparation of workplaces;
• Ensuring and maintaining the functionality of the IT infrastructure of the office;
• Conducting diagnosis and elimination of errors;
• Updating and purchasing the necessary equipment and their components;
• Interaction with technical departments for localization and elimination of emergency situations;
• Maintenance of reporting documentation, conducting inventories.

Main requirements:< /p>

• Experience in IT from 3 years;
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows Server 2016/2019/2022;
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL;< /li>
• Practical skills of system administration and configuration: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Bitrix 24;
• Experience of administration and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP;
• Experience of group management policies, moving profiles, diagnostics of application problems;
• Administration of workstations running Windows 10;
• Confident theoretical and practical knowledge of PC hardware, troubleshooting;
• li>Ability to understand a technical problem (both locally and remotely), localize and compile the most complete description of transfer to the next level;
• Attention, punctuality, responsibility and analytical skills, ability to solve non-standard tasks, initiative.
