System administrator in KORMOTECH

Kormotech is an international company with Ukrainian roots that creates high-quality products for cats and dogs. We are the market leader in Ukraine in terms of sales volume and are among the 60 largest global producers of pet food (in the Top Companies rating by Petfood Industry).

Our facilities include three high-tech plants for the production of pet food. Two of them are located in an ecologically clean area in the Lviv region (Ukraine), and the third is a plant for the production of wet fodder in Kedainiai (Lithuania).

For the past 10 years, Kormotekh has been selling its products in 40 countries. We export feed to the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Chile, Sweden, France, Estonia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Latvia, Georgia and other countries.

Ovov' :

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software;
• Provide technical office network support;
• Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems;
• Answer and resolve help desk inquiries;
• Update systems and processes as necessary for advanced functionality and security issues;
• Installation and testing of computer hardware;
• Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screens, permission schemes and alerts, use JQL data for reporting and custom search, configure information panels;
• Configuration and support of web servers.

It is important for us if you:

• Have deep knowledge in the administration of operating systems: Linux, MacOS, Windows;
• Have knowledge of computer architecture;
• Have clear and deep knowledge computer networks (VPN, WiFi, LAN, access points, switches, routers, Fortinet/Aruba manufacturers);
• Have knowledge of network principles and protocols;
• Have experience in setting up and Active Directory administration;
• You have command line experience (Bash; PowerShell);
• You have knowledge of security principles and best practices (OWASP TOP 10);
• You have experience in JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk administration;
• Worked with the MS365 stack (SharePoint, PowerApps, MS Administration).

Would be an advantage:

• Experience of working with monitoring systems (Zabbix);
• Experience of working with cloud solutions and their settings;
• Experience of working with network equipment Fortigate, Aruba ;
• Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001, SSAE 16 SAS 70 and system-level security procedures.
