About you:

• Experience in operating and administering operating systems (MacOS/Linux/Windows);
• Experience in operating and configuring network equipment, understanding the basics of network technologies ( TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, FIreWall, VPN);
• Knowledge of office peripheral equipment;
• Experience with Atlassian products — JIRA, Confluence;
• Understanding the general principles of information security.

It will be a plus:< /strong>

• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems;
• Understanding CI/CD;
• Experience, setting up MDM systems;
• Understanding how SSO systems work;
• Experience with such services as Slack, Google Workspace, OKTA, GitHub.

Your influence on the result:

• Support of the company's internal infrastructure;
• Google Workspace Administration;
• Slack Administration;
• Atlassian Administration, Configuration, Automation;
• Management of employee appeals (office and remote) and their processing;
• Preparation of access and office equipment for the exits of new employees;
• Management of consumables;
• Diagnostics and modular repair of office equipment, work with contractors;
• Accounting for IT equipment.
