- Supporting the team in resolving issues with work software
- Preparing and setting up work equipment for employees, including account creation and software installation
- Troubleshooting technical problems that arise during work
- Identifying and implementing current tools to improve and speed up work across all departments
- Purchasing, tracking, and inventorying company equipment
- Analyzing the specifications of laptops and other necessary equipment for employee efficiency
- Automating work processes for all departments
- Developing and implementing workflows, for example, onboarding and offboarding instructions for employees
- Creating and maintaining user and IT process documentation and guides
- Training employees on the use of software and equipment
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Experience with network equipment and understanding of network protocols
- Skills in installing and configuring various software
- Knowledge of information security principles and data protection
- High level of responsibility and self-organization
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
