Requirements for the candidate:

• Basic technical higher education in the field of IT (Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or similar specification);

• Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• experience in administration of modern versions of client and server OS Microsoft Windows, Linux
• Experience in PC maintenance and office equipment maintenance;< /li>
• Knowledge of the principles of building networks, network data transmission protocols, software firewalls;
• experience in setting up network equipment.
• Experience in working with monitoring systems (Zabbix)
• English language (fluent reading / translation of technical documentation);

Functional duties:

• Identification and elimination malfunctions in the operation of IT systems;
• Technical support for users (face-to-face, by phone, remotely);
• Consulting and prompt resolution of problems related to the operation of the local network, workstations, software and office equipment;
• Installation, configuration and support of workstations, server and network equipment, software updates and support;
• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the company's IT infrastructure;
• Inventory of equipment, keeping records of consumables
• Administration, support of IT services;
• Development of IT infrastructure (including laying cables, installation works);
• Providing IT - support at remote locations

It will be an advantage:

• Skills in wordpress administration and configuration, as well as server OS and software, on where it is located
• Experience with complex google documents
• Experience in AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS administration;
