System administrator in ISR TECHNOLOGY

Requirements:

• Basic education in the field of information technology or related disciplines.
• Certifications encouraged (but not required) include CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, etc.
• Understanding operating system fundamentals ( Windows/Linux).
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Knowledge of computer hardware operating principles.
• Experience work in a similar position is considered an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team.
• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users via email, phone, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and other IT resources.

• Registering, classifying and escalating user requests as needed.
• Setting up workstations, installing and updating software.
• Performing regular hardware maintenance.
• Participation in the deployment of new projects, systems or updates.
• Maintaining documentation on issues of technical support and equipment maintenance.
• Conducting basic training for users on the effective use of IT resources.
