Main duties:

• Accept and process requests from users by phone and in the Service Desk system
• Perform remote technical support for users
• Advise users, carry out initial diagnostics and troubleshoot computer equipment

< strong>Main requirements:

• Incomplete or full higher education in the specialty "Information Technologies"
• Experience as a system administrator/IT Helpdesk from 1 year< /li>
• Understanding the principles of operation and experience in supporting personal computers, servers and printers/multifunctional devices (printer+scanner, etc.)
• Understanding TCP/IP networks, routers, Fortigate/Pfsense firewall , VPN, wireless technologies
• Experience of working with M365, Active Directory and Azure
• Understanding of Windows-based systems, experience insupport and configuration of Windows OS and Windows Server operating systems and Linux-based servers
• Support of the company's software package
