System administrator in umgi

umgi was founded by SCM in 2006 for asset management in the commodity sector.
Today < strong style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal">umgicreates and develops businesses with high growth potential with investment focus on: mineral extraction, management of production by-products and waste, production of industrial goods and services in Ukraine and EU countries.

In connection with the development of the business, we are looking for a System Administrator.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in IT (user support / administration) from 2 years (from 50 users)
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems at the administrator level
< li>Knowledge of the hardware part of personal computers and peripheral equipment
• Basic knowledge of the principles of local network construction and diagnostics
• Knowledge of client programs: MS Office
• Knowledge of cloud services Microsoft 365/Azure
• Technical education, preferably IT

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of the English language at the level of correspondence
• Knowledge of operating systems of the Windows Server 2016 family
• Experience in writing technical documentation / instructions
• Attention to detail and deadlines 

Main tasks:

• Reception, processing and design of user requests
• Technical support of users (remote and local): setting up PCs, laptops; installing software applications
• Providing advisory services of user services
• Diagnosis and resolution of incidents and requests
• Technical accounting (laptops, tablets, monitors, etc.)
• Document management of the IT Department (cost budgeting, payment initiation and contracts into the accounting system)
