- PDM server (Design department)
- ZABBIX server ( Monitoring of the state of IT equipment and IT equipment of the enterprise)
- ASTERRISK server (Taxi telephony)
- ActiveDirectory server 2 pcs (Distribution of user rights on computers)
- Server 1C (Accounting of accounting, production)
- MEDOC server application (Accounting)
- Bitrix24 server (Corporate portal)
- Uni-Fi server (WI-FI network control enterprise)
- TrueNAS server (File storage)
- Server storage of output photos and videos
Technical equipment serviced:
- 74 CCTV cameras (2 outside the enterprise)
- 7 Video recorders (Repository of camera records)
- 31 Printer
- 2 GSM gateways (SIM cards for the outgoing line of the control room and taxi)
- 21 WI-FI router
- ACC system (cards for access to the enterprise)
- 50+ Computers and laptops, 5 televisions with video surveillance
Enterprise local network equipment (15 DAHUA, CISCO, D-LINK, MIKROTIK switches)
Responsibilities:
- Design, installation work and local network optimization;
- GMAIL corporate mail administration;
- Diagnostics, cleaning, maintenance, partial repair of equipment;
- Security: (Access cards, recordings from video surveillance cameras (on request), monitoring of connected devices, prevention of unauthorized access to the enterprise network, user rights to common resources and files);
- Backup of important company data (databases, files, media content);
- Selection, purchase, assembly, warranty return office equipment;
- Solving problems with the Binotel virtual PBX (call center, policy, control room, managers);
- Setting up and supporting equipment for employees to work outside the office (remote); >
- Operability diagnostics and backup power system support;
- Installation, configuration of various user software for computers and mobile phones;
- Checking computers, phones, user data during dismissal;
- Inventory of office equipment and accessories. The composition of equipment;
- Systematic uploading of data to record the working hours of employees;
