System administrator in Grupa kompaniy Fokstrot, TOV

Our partner Foxteam Digital is looking for a System Administrator.

We expect from you:

• knowledge of the hardware part of personal computers, operating systems of the MS Windows family, accompanying software;
• ability to diagnose and eliminate malfunctions in equipment, software;
• knowledge of the principles of client-server applications in the Microsoft domain environment;
• high communication skills;
• have basic knowledge of networks and the TCP/IP protocol;
• experience in technical support of users.

Obov< strong>'related positions:

• work with users in the IT infrastructure of the company, solving problems that arise, providing consultations;
• work in the Service Desk system;
• administer and maintain IT equipment at remote customer facilities, possible business trips;
• diagnosis, replacement/restoration of PCs/user workstations;< /li>
• remote technical support and user consultations;
• connection, configuration of workstations based on Windows OS;
