System administrator in Forvard-Orto, TOV

Forward-Ortho LLC is looking for a User support system administrator(we can employ a student)

Forward-Ortho LLP is one of the leaders in the market of technical rehabilitation products in Ukraine!

We manufacture and provide free technical means of rehabilitation to persons with disabilities, children with disabilities, victims of war and other specific categories of the population, namely:

• prosthetic and orthopedic products;
• mobility equipment (wheelchairs);
• orthopedic shoes;
• we carry out warranty and post-warranty repairs.

Professional requirements for the candidate:

• user support experience
• desktop OS administration experience: Windows, Ubuntu Linux
• IP telephony administration experience
• experience in the administration of printing systems
• experience in the administration of access control systems
• experience in working with network equipment
• experience in the administration of IT service monitoring systems
• work experience in equipment accounting system administration
• ability to learn quickly
• ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them

It will be a plus:

• result orientation
• knowledge of the principles of work in user support services
• knowledge or work experience in the management of technical and material assets
• skills in diagnosing laptop/PC hardware failures

Main duties:

• registration of user appeals, providing answers and solutions within the established time frame, or redirecting to other specialists in the case of an appropriate level of complexity.
• keeping a log of appeals with a description of the actions taken and decisions made with the subsequent entry of solutions into a unified knowledge base.
• preparation/replacement/modernization of employees' workplaces, installation of the OS with all software, fault diagnosis
• ensuring a full cycle of work with computer and network equipment: analysis of optimal configurations — purchase — accounting (inventory) — settings — commissioning — diagnostics and troubleshootingcapabilities — movement to the contractor for warranty or non-warranty repair — acceptance from use — transfer to warehouse — sale — write-off
• ensuring the full cycle of work with user accounts — creation or change of accounts — provision or change of relevant privileges to the necessary subsystems — closing access to the subsystems — deleting accounts.
• ensuring control and accounting of the movement of computer property and related technical and material values.
• ensuring high-quality and uninterrupted computer operation computer network — wired and wireless, modernization of equipment, re-laying of cable connections.
• ensuring high-quality and uninterrupted operation of IT services — subsystems of e-mail, Active Directory, printing and scanning, IP telephony, video surveillance, work accounting time, access control.
• research and analysis of optimal solutions for specific tasks
• automation of routine tasks
• ensuring order in server rooms and at the workplace
• work at a frantic pace with a high workload
