We are looking for a professional whose task will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure of the logistics complex. The main requirements for our candidates: Knowledge PC architecture; Ability to work with printing equipment (laser, thermal transfer), LCD scanners; Experience of working with video surveillance systems; Skills of installing the Windows family OS, administration, installing other software; Experience of user support; Skills of primary diagnostics and repair of equipment; Knowledge and understanding of local networks and SCS; as well as personal qualities that will help to be effective in this position: communication and the ability to find a common language with users, analytical thinking, the ability to set priorities, orientation to results and a high level of self-organization and attention to details. What will be included in the duties Responsibilities: Processing of user applications; Consulting employees on IT issues; Maximally quick resolution of software and equipment problems; Preparation of equipment for new users (workplaces in the warehouse); Conducting initial diagnostics and troubleshooting.
